Favor is a fully qualified and registered beauty and nutritional
therapist (Naturopathic Medicine and
Nutrition, AHCP). 
She
has over thirty years
experience helping clients to achieve good health and beautiful skin
and is known for her dedicated and compassionate approach.

Favor has a long standing interest in ancient herbal medicine,
nutrition and naturopathic approaches. Her particular interests cover
the treatment of skin problems such as acne and include a good
nutritional approach to the digestive system and liver as well as
holistic beauty treatments where appropriate.
Favor worked until
recently in London, for Virgin Active. She has now set up a practice in
Portsmouth, where she is offering consultation and treatments based in
a delightful private studio.

She maintains up-to-date skills by regularly attending seminars and
conferences with leading international naturopaths and doctors. Favor
has trained in Japan, Malaysia, Italy, Taiwan and London. Her
qualifications include:
